Our perineal physiotherapy experts use a variety of modalities to treat patients. Among other things, they can use manual therapy or techniques to relax and stretch tissues and mobilize joints in problem areas.

Your physiotherapist will ask you in-depth questions and perform a physical assessment to identify your problems and needs.

Plan Creation

Your physiotherapist will draw up a treatment plan tailored to your situation and provide you with an exercise program. Each exercise in the plan will be explained to you.

Follow-ups enable us to optimize treatment and facilitate long-term rehabilitation. The plan can be adjusted during the visit according to the patient’s response to treatment.
