Developing a Treatment Plan
The physiotherapist will develop a treatment plan to help you control your symptoms. He or she will also make recommendations on activities to avoid, such as contact sports. The goal is to limit long-term issues.
Follow-up
The physiotherapist will monitor your progress. He or she will also design a precise plan so you can safely return to your sports and activities.

Contraindications
Please first consult a doctor or go to the emergency room if you experience these symptoms following head trauma:
- Loss or deterioration of consciousness
- Confusion or significant drowsiness
- Convulsion
- Headaches if they intensify or intense neck pain
- Difficulty walking or significant balance problems
- A bruise on the skull, around the eyes or under the ears
- Sudden hearing loss
- Sudden double vision or vision loss
- Inability to speak or articulate
- Numbness in both hands and arms, or in both legs
- Clear fluid in the ear
- Repeated or gushing vomiting
Patient File
Follow the recommendations and protocols provided by your physiotherapist and carry out the prescribed exercises. Avoid activities that increase your symptoms.
